Kansas City is a diverse, dynamic metropolis rich in arts and culture. Known for it's beautiful flowing fountains, Kansas City is also home to America’s most spectacular Museums. Kansas City has a history of dedicating resources for improving and creating art, and architecture. The end result is a city renowned for creativity and imagination.

Visiting downtown KC is like entering a foreign city, sculpture and artistic formations abound throughout the district. When traveling through, it’s hard not to drive without being distracted by all the creativity. We recommend parking right on Main street, and touring the entire downtown on foot. This will ensure that you see everything there is to see, safely.

From downtown, driving south on Main Street will take you to Crown Center Plaza. Be sure to stop here as well. Crown Center is home to some of the most magnificent water fountains in America. If you didn't know it, Kansas City is known as “The City of Fountains”, only Rome, Italy has more water fountains than Kansas City!

After a fun afternoon visiting Crown Center, we suggest you continue your journey south on Main Street. This will take you to Kansas City’s Crown Jewel, “The Plaza”. Art and architecture rule this distric too. Turn of the century buildings have been refurbished to their old glory. It’s a sight even Venice would relish.

As one can see Kansas City offers a diverse, creative experience for the young and old alike. Captivating Art, and Architecture will keep your eyes busy in KC!

Whether you're visiting KCK or KCMO, be sure to schedule a day of Arts and Entertainment. We’re sure that you'll be pleasantly overwhelmed with the experience.
